Last weekends progress:


New, genuine, rear discs drilled to accomodate for 5x112 again aswell as fresh pair of front hubs




Oil feed and water feeds sorted, now just have to do the oil return and fab a bracket for the wastegate actuator




Calipers stripped, cleaned and treated with some Gtechniq aswell




Alloy v-band made as heatsink for welding the v-band couplings

Fuel pump cover finished






New brakes and hubs fitted




Nice fit




Turbo oil return mocked up using 2 original return pipes and an aftermarket pipe

I would never proclaim I am an expert on cars , but I am pretty sure if they are in your boot , you are doing it wrong

hahahahah! Luckily the one they where in also has four wheels mounted. They are now patiently waiting in the attic of my garage

A bit of progress again, my friend who was going to weld my v-bands didn't have any spare time so i decided to do it myself. With a few hints his side and using the alloy heatsink they turned out pretty well.



Exhaust is nearly finished now, just have to make two lambda bungs in the downpipe and redo the rear section mounts as i want to make them adjustable so i can level both tailpipes perfectly.

yet some more progress, pressure side of compressor housing custom made to suit standard boost pipes:


took a while to get everything lined up as the silicone hose only just fits between the coils!

I have abslutely no idea what i'm doing but it seems to work
