21 Turbo Turbo oil leak

Have just come home after taking the 21 out for a quick drive since getting it moted last week and have noticed some smoke coming out from the bonnet. Popped the bonnet to have a look and it seems that i have a small oil leak coming from the bottom of the turbo, think its the oil return pipe that bolts to the underside. My question is this, has it got a gasket if so can i just replace the gasket or can i use some sort of sealer etc or do i need a new pipe. Thanks.........

yes there is a gasket, looks like one of these

Yes it has a gasket, it should be assembled dry normally, if you do feel the need to use any sort of sealant make sure its spread very, very thinly.

Thanks for that i will order one of them and hope it sorts out the leak as its bit dangerous driving it as it could catch on fire. Cheers....

It's a standard issue T3 bottom gasket, they're available on eBay for a few quid. the bottom one has a square hole IIRC.
