is there a conversion kit for sale v6 specific.

and if not would it be posible to make 1 out of seperate parts.

i read that a few of you have superchargers and nos so hope some 1 will no if it can be done as this is something i realy wana do.

if it can be done i wudnt want loads of boost so hopefuly wudnt have to change any internals like low blow pistons is this correct

any help wud be appreciated

I could talk for hours on this!

Don't do it if you don't want to change pistons - it will break - particularly weak are the 2nd ring lands which crack of at as little as 6psi with modest advance.

To do it properly with gt28s, intercooling and new fuel system and ecu (motec) its about £12k and thats not a guess and is tight.

Oh and then you'll blow your gearbox up.

This is why no-one does a conversion of this type - it's to much money for the sane

thanx for the reply mike wat would i be looking at if i went down the supercharger root, cost, gains etc

supercharger is more expensive than a turbo and install is more - gains very similar dependent on boost levels.

£12 to £15k with chargecooling and ecu etcetc

Is that £12 - £15000 Mike?

What gains can I expect with the £12 setup? I'm very interested.......

somewhat limited as its a couple of gallons of Optimax and a length of tube to blow down whilst pushing the throttle hard!!
