I have just purchased a set of Trendlines [cmilie=iconcheers.gif] . They have the Recaro subframe with the long bar seat adjust, see pic

Question:
Can the standard seat adjuster bar pictured be fitted in place of the 'Recaro bar'??

any advice/guide appreciated.

I don't think so, but could be wrong. Bar is different on the recaro subframes from capital seating

Hmmm..

Id been informed that they will, but you need to bend the standard bar a tiny bit to make it fit the Recaro frames?

Was hoping someone may have done this job previously?
Just wanted that OEM look and have also just spent £20 otaining the bars from a breakers :rollseyes:

Peter, Yes the standard bars can be bent slightly and fit fine

When I fitted my Recaro's the one supplied looked and felt a little flimsy so while the seat were out just tweaked the standard ones and never had a probłem with them :approve:

The Recaro subframes bolt to the original clio sliders so yes the standard adjusters fit.
