Torque Settings - Wheel Bolts

Could someone give me the definitive answer, i.e. torque settings, please?

For a Mk1 & Mk2, and why are they different on each model?

MK 1 CB1A Tightening torque wheel bolts 10.8 daNm

Mk 2 CB1U Tightening torques wheel bolts 10 daNm

I would like to know too.
