Haven't got any clips or video's of it but wasn't the final scene of Topgear tonight the most amazing photography to anything that has been on tv for a long time!! Don't mind paying a TV licence to see things like that each night!! Sure beats crappy BigBro!! lol

Not a fan of tonight’s top gear. Too much vw advert stuff. And he should have reviewed the Aston properly :s

I agree that the photography was good.

Terrible series I thought, but particularly tonights show, too many crap challenges, enjoyed the Aston bit tonight though.

Indeed it will be dreadful when 99% of the population own a Vantage we'll not be allowed to use.

Don't loose all your money in the casino, buy a Clio v6.

The Holden VXR bit was pretty good too ?!
(except for the fact that they all kept saying Baaarrthurst. Idiots. It's BAThurst. Bat as in cricket. FFS didn't anyone mention Bathurst when Top Gear toured Oz few months back?)

Rant over.
Nice car though.

I don't think he could have reveiwed the Aston in a better, more simple way in my opinion. He cut all the 0-60 crap, all the, "a ferrari exceeds here but the Aston betters there"...................just seeing and hearing it go up those roads like it did made me want to be Clarkson in that car. He didnt have to explain anything about that car after he said it was wonderful as it was quite obviouse that car is everything you want it to be. [smilie=bowdown.gif]

dont worry, soon be able to watch it again on dave...and again...and again...

and again...

I cant get too excited by those types of cars. Anything over £30k and I'd never live with myself spending that kind of money on something like a car. and I love cars btw but I dont need some enya track and clarkson to make the scenery stand out.

That scenery, I can get excited about that. It overshadows the car, it is fantastically filmed, and it will look as good as that no matter what car you are sat in.
It'll also be around a lot longer.

5hit!! Sorry Tim...thats me and my stupid self lol. As for you Rich......you need your head testing!! That Aston looks amazing!!! Would rather drive that through those roads than 1.1 Saxo....just my opinion though lol.

Would rather drive it in a Saxo and have the change in my bank.

You having a giggle??? So if you had ample ammounts of money in the bank, you'd have a Saxo over an Aston because its cheaper???...am I missing something here??? PMSL

Maybe some common sense lol
I can think of a million things I'd do with that cash in the bank, I'd buy a house in that location, still have spare change and ride a push bike down that road rather than spend the money on that car, I'm surprised this worries you.

Doesn't worry me fella, just find it funny your on a forum where we are pretty much all here because we enjoy driving our cars (most are petrol heads) and you prefere to ride down a beautiful driving road on a rickety old bike........beats me but fair play to you if that floats your boat. Would you have a 1.1 Saxo over a vee?? lmao

Saxo instead of a vee err Not unless I smoked enough crack. What I'm saying is I'd still enjoy that road whatever I was in you've missed that point a bit chap, although you are correct in the assumption that my bike is rickety. Are you saying you need a nice car to enjoy a view. pmsl

Hahaha No not the veiw!! Lol But an Aston V12 bark and epic handling and brakes would certainly make a twisty road more entertaining lol.
