top 5 mods? if any...

if i were to mod a mk1 again, id do;

seat upgrade - recaros or similar
ph2 subframe
kw v3's
janspeed exhaust
pipercross viper
ph2 wheels
ph2 rear lights
ph2 rear spoiler
after using my one a fair bit, i dont really rate the clear covers, not as good to live with as the standard ones. id rather take them all off and have it open!!

the ph2 inlet is great for extra burst of power, but not exactly cost effective!!

alternative id buy a ph2, change the seats and leave the rest standard as theres nothing that needs doing!!! :rofl:

Tell me though, why is the Mk II rear light conversion a mod of choice? I quite like the all-red OEM look... :s

its a decision that tore me, as i really like the all red ph1 lights. but when i took the plunge and changed them it just looked fresher and cleaner. much prefer it now. (but still kept the ph1 lights just incase i ever change my mind!).

Changed my mind:

Replacement Recaro seats are essential. Std ones are rubbish, too soft and offer no support.
A smaller Reanultsport steering wheel is great. Really changes the steering feel.
New backbox is good for looks and sound (full system is better but costly).
Clear engine covers (top and bottom) look good.
Honda Civic stubby aerial.

My top 5 are:

1. Recaro Pole Positions seats.
2. Coilovers.
3. Full suspension set up by Demon Tweeks - best £90 i have ever spent :approve:
4. Smaller steering wheel.
5. Quicksilver Sports Exhaust - NOT SUPERSPORT!!!!

I WANT!!!! My 1.6 will never have sounded quicker lol! I would have to get two for the vee. Far too expensive an upgrade though :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
