Just going to post some pics of some of my cars. Now a small disclaimer is this... I had to go to B&Q and pick up some sheets of wood, took off one part of the roof rack and got distracted by talking to my nextdoor neighbour, then I forgot to take the second part off and took a pic.... (thats my excuse anyway)

Thanks for the kind comments, there are other toys hanging around but in various states of repair (TVR Tasmin, another 205 GTi). One I have to scrap which is another limited edition 205 GTi because the shell is rotten

Chris, they are such different beasts its hard to really compare them as such, but the focus is definitely faster, as you would expect, its lighter and has 50 odd more BHP. Ive not pushed the v6 hard enough to know where its limits are as I have a feeling it will be 205-esque, where when you find said limit, its too late. The focus on the other hand is so forgiving, the chassis is just perfect, and its a practical every day car. The focus really is a great car, but does suffer a bit with the fact that Ford trim and interiors are cheap and shite. Had various bits of trim fall off, the sat nav antenna fills up with water, the reversing camera has water in it and various bits of interior that didnt fit right. I should imagine in the right hands (not mine) that the v6 and focus would probably produce similar lap times. If you took the top gear track as a yard stick, v6 is 16.2 in the wet and the focus 1:29.3.
