hhhhmmm............ took the gasket back today to be told they wouldnt refund it, even though i showed them the pics of it and how it doesnt allow it to be tightened down and they still dont want to know as its been opened and had oil on it, despite me saying that how was i to know unless i didnt at least try to fit it?????????? then said i should have gone to a mechanic to check it was gasket before doing the job............. conversation went downhill after that suprisingly :roll:

so went round to Kia, told them the story, and they say there is supposed to be a gasket fitted, even though it was sealant on there when i took it off. he then asked what size the R/C bolts are, of course i dont know, i mean how many times do you take something of a car, and ask youself "were these the original bolts/screws"????? so ordered one R/C bolt to see if someone has changed to shorter bolts at some stage, cant see why anyone would go to those lengths to be honest...............
