Over here they already confuse it with Volvo's so I wouldn't put Volvo wheels on it as well.. But the 850 turbo wheels do look good on.
I don't know it there's any truth to it, but in the early 90's Volvo desperately needed to put out a new model, and Renault was putting the 21 out of production, and since they had some kind of cooperation a the time, Renault gave the design to Volvo and it became the 850..

The only advantage of those wheels I can see is that the sweeping spokes must force some air in towards the brake disc which must assist in cooling the brake setup in general.

How effective it is, is another matter LOL

F u ck me sideways !!!! I like them :icon cool::icon_cool::icon_cool::icon_cool:

Didnt Ronal go bust earlier this year ?

nope, they created a new cult line 2008/2009

and think that wheel without the black and polished surface, it a look-a-like 21 cup wheel.

If they do have any effect on brake cooling it would only work on one side as I'm pretty sure the spokes go the other way on the opposite side.

Yea thats a point are they a straight fit and do you want to swap them for a set of wheels that will definately clear your big brake conversion :icon_rolleyes:

was my mates car, helped rebuild the engine only rust I noticed were the rear arches, it was a minter otherwise. :icon_confused:

yep

They always look good on the outside. Rusted inner & outer sills, jacking points and turrets starting to go. Also inner wing to wheel arch seam. The engine saved a quadra, the box a phase II and other bits of it helping around so it helped others live.
