I've been very slack with write ups for the past few months. I haven't had time to put anything together.
I thought you guys might enjoy this one...
2003 Impreza, lives on a farm and used as a daily driver. It's payed the toll of having to squeeze down a narrow lane every day, bush scratches every where. Car park dinks along both sides and both bumpers have had a few knocks. The car is mechanically sound and drives really nicely (begrudgingly said by an Evo fan, haha).
I had one day to try and improve the car as much as possible, here goes
Dirty car dropped off...

Pretty poor visibility
The car was snowfoamed with AF Avalance, 2 bucket was with ODK Jet, AF iron Out and AS Tardis for fall out and tar duties.

The headlights weren't supposed to be a part of the detail, but there's no way I could leave them.

After a quick polish

Onto some of the scratches and major marring.
A pillar scratches

A 50/50 showing the unpolished rear against the polished front door

Not every mark was chased out as I didn't have enough time on it.
The rear door shows the state of the paint work - buffer trails from poor polishing in the past, lots of marring from hand car washes and random deep scratches.

After a polishing set the gloss is brought back. So is the gold flake too

The C pillar was nice and swirly

The passenger side took a lot of beating by the trees and bushes. Most of the scratches were too deep to chase but I done what I could in the time. I could easily have spent a day on this side alone.

A good improvement

Some lovely wet sand marks from a respray on the spoiler

After

light 50/50 on the boot lid... it was painted with the badges on

The engine bay was cleaned up a little and dressed with AF Dressle

The paint was looking much better.

For protection, Bouncer's Drop & Roll on the glass, ODK Wax Eclipse on the paint and Momentum on the wheels.
Plastics were dressed with AF Revive.
Exhaust with AF Mercury and Momentum.
Tyres with Gyeon Tire.
Interior was vacuumed and dusted down with ODK Cabin.

And finished
