Got an invite this to this, organisers wanted a 750/4CV for a Renault display ( 125 years of Renault and Fiat ) would I like to take my car, Pall Mall Saturday 4th of November.
It's part of London Car week , pre event to London to Brighton veteran.
Not been to London for 40 years, and that was on a National Express coach , so feck it, I'm in.
Went down on the Friday afternoon and stayed outside M25, went well Friday, minimal of car prep, tyres, fluids, ear plugs....four hours thrumming away at an indicated 60...two splash and dash stops, piss and super unleaded.
Up at 5am, wash, piss and load up.

Not often I've washed car on Pall Mall on a Saturday morning.
Cos I was early, I parked up behind Prodrive Porker and after a clean watched the fun stuff get unloaded.

I'll just add some more pics, come three it was go time, so I hooked onto back of John Laws T2 and a customers Dauphine and did non stop back to North Derbyshire in just four hours, few issues I need to attend to, snatchy throttle, and a front drum out of true, but other than those and a bit of rocker cover webpage, he was golden....Turbell built..
