evening all
i thought id come and give a quick update, back in November i finally purchased a v6 phase 2 illiad blue, of [mention=5503,#000000]tudor[/mention] (ian tudor) nice clean car and the ian was a gent.
since then i haven't done a great deal ive cleaned the underside up with the steam cleaner , addressed any areas of light surface rust lower keyed repainted.
I then sprayed the whole of the underside and wheel archers with clear wax and injected bilt hamber cavity wax into all the sills and all the cavity's, the car wont be used in winter or in the wet and only driven in summer months known again but it always best to protect the steel. plus i enjoy tinkering side :salut:
Anyway just in the process of a light overhaul, im currently removing the dampers gone a bit softy and bouncy , who do you guys generally use to refurbish these ?
Also the wheels had gone a bit scruffy for my liking im thinking of perhaps changing my a color perhaps to a gun metal grey black or keeping them oem silver, but im unsure, [smilie=yay.gif] has anyone got any photos of there alloys in either of the two colors above.
