Short onboards track day Switzerland

Joe,

Thought you were going for a spin for sure a couple of times there but nice catching the back end :)

Nice exhaust sound as well, surely not stock?

I think driving my R5 Turbo2 in a similar style for a few years has been honing my feel for cars almost letting go... The R5 feels way more like a piece of sports equipment, precise, agressive and immense feedback, but paired with an engine where you can only guess when the boost is going to hit and the thing is going sideways.
The Vee is my everyday car (I walk to work) and I have heard so many horrible stories about the handling that it was a no-brainer to take it out on a track to get to know it and to provoke the bad behaviour. The car is fully standard except for the Fox exhaust and the CDA intake. I am sure it would turn into the same sort of precise and agressive tool as the R5 is with a decent suspension setup.

I guess the main reason for the nice racket is th Carbon Dynamics Airbox and the purposeful installation of the GoPro just above the air intake.

Nice driving!! Much better than mine!!!

Looks like you have got the measure of the car well there.
