RSC Suspensions

^^^ Paul, there is one other consideration that Arno will undeniably benefit from...

Dampers / Springs will fail as a function of age. There's a suggestion that Koni have no firm plans to manufacture V6 replacement components in small volumes - so any firm willing to manufacture replacement parts for the Vee will be well received.

I do hope Arno and RSC manufacture and sell V6 products and well done to any company that tries and sell products in today's marketplace.

My comments, ironically were in support of Arno (but not his marketing methods) and more having a "dig" a the majority of UK V6 users having this "set" OEM+ wish list of KW's, Pole, etc etc. If you read my first post.

So there you go, in less than a 24 hours I have managed to offend an up and coming suspension supplier, and 95% of the forum base.

So while I'm on a roll, is there any way we can get some lively debates and more interesting topics going, please.

Have a great weekend guys.......

Lol! No offence taken - and I think that there is general consensus that Arno has been over-egging this thread.
: )

What makes you think KW's are any good! I've just had to replace mine with new units after 15k miles...I'm not overly impressed by that notion.

I have a fair degree of engineering knowledge and a background in motorsport and my view would be that Arno's suspension kits are of a very fine quality.

I would certainly give them a go in place of the OEM units and surely this is why Arno hasn't put them at the top of his list. Motorsport applications and commercial considerations must be his priority, most v6 owners are only looking to replace unobtainable parts hence the widespread use of KW's ( myself I would rather run OEM ).
If I were to run my vee in any form of motorsport I wouldn't look anywhere other than RSC.

I just hope my OEM units can hold on until Arno's are available and thank goodness he is such an enthusiast that he can even be bothered to produce units for our cars.

Yes there are a lot of pictures but I think Arno is rightly proud of his product and wishes to share with everyone and he is right...... you don't have to look at them.

Ali, read my posts I don't think KW's are any good or bad that's the point ?

Most of the V6 users do, hence the general opinion that a Vee with KW's is an OEM+ product.

Sorry guys - does that mean that oem suspension parts are not available ? I only ask as I have NO IDEA. If so then it Just makes Arno's efforts to make this suspension available a bleeding marvel ? I can't remember how many Vee's on the road but it's not many so in my very very small opinion bloody fair play to him for doing it and I got 2 say all kits produced look bloody lovely ! :salut: whether I could afford a set is another question :violin:

I say bloody good effort you have my attention, can't wait to get into all the technical details when you bring the v6 sets out :approve: :approve: :approve:

GO GO GO

much respect from me [smilie=thanks.gif]

No need to. It was a generalised comment over quality. Not specifically challenging you.

KW are decent and better than OEM. (Fact) but disappointed than I need to buy another set after only 15k miles. Perhaps Arno's would provide more longevity...

okey...
I have just returned from the Red Bull Ring (we won after Monaco again (Porsche Supercup))
and I have read a lot here. much scrap and little good or at least neutral.
Long story short:
here is the only man in which every word is absolutely true, and even from far absolutely familiar with my work, philosophy and development sequence etc .:

Thank you! ;)
I was just working in Silverstone at the F1 Grand Prix.
It was fun to drive on the left with the rental car from the airport to the racetrack and back. :race:

If i would have a professional rsc dealer in uk, then it would be make sense, to visit the dealers and some meetings, of course.
Why not.... ;)
