I've just picked up a 150 with a failed turbo, same process as a 175. Owner said I can replace on the driveway. Anyone know the process?

Sub frame out, DPF/NOx trap removed.
Book time is 7hrs with an equipped work shop providing nothing is seized.
On the driveway????
If you do go ahead don't forget to change both oil pipes and fully clean the intercooler & boost hoses of oil and crap.

Someone else said subframe out, but others have said it's a 2 hour job max with scuttle out. Hard to get a definite answer
