RS Monitor, brilliant tech on the optional larger display. Simply hit the Launch button, the 2 gauges below can be changed from the menu by simply touching one of the gauges and choosing from over a dozen options. I'm reading the intercooler intake temps and oil temps at the moment.
The garage in the photo used to be a Renault main dealer back in the 80-90s, speaking to a friend who used to work there apparently they have all the signage and bunting still stored away! Needless to say I'm arranging a visit ASAP!
I guess so, whether I need to book it in at Renault... Maybe, but I did speak to the chap running Stage X who's working on these to upload through him.
So, had a delivery arrive midweek from Germany after placing the order with H&R directly in the UK last week. I booked in and popped down to Ashford in Kent to see Chris King. He's my go to for anything that needs working on when it comes to the Megane.
The first Megane 4RS in the UK to be lowered on H&R springs giving it a 35mm drop. The European Megs have been lowering theirs on Eibach 20mm springs, H&R have approved their springs to work on both Cup and non Cup chassis so I went straight in with the bigger drop. I did measure the arch gap on level ground and pre H&R fitment it had a 45mm gap.
So Chris worked his magic and fitted them, also providing F1 hospitality and a bacon butty too... Ledge!
Picked up the shark fin antenna and had Chris King fit it for me. An easy enough job to do but at the time didn't give myself the confidence to go ahead and do it myself. All done and in my opinion brings the car out of the dark ages.
