Hi guys.
just joined up as your all a wealth of knowlege and i canm see myself having many questions and one day maybe even some answers.
iv put a volvo 480 turbo (b18FT) engine in to my phase one 19 16v chamade.i was wondering if any one has a diagram of the brown and grey plug in the passenger side relay box in the engine bay.or even better does any1 know of a wiring diagram showing what pins are what and how to make the missing section of loom as im usless with electrical stuff.any help would be great

Haynes manual has wiring diagrams if you are able to decode them which aint always easy

have you modifed the Volvo lump at all, what sort of power has it got?

hi paul iv had a look at the haynes manual but cant find where the brown n the white plug would be.im not great at reading the things anyway. as for power i havnt got the foggyest.i had a fast road cam made for it and had the bottom end lightened and balanced but untill its running i dont know for sure.do you know if there are diagrams available to tell me what the brown plug pin are?

have you tryed following what they come of on the engine, have you even tryed the 440 turbo club/turbobricks etc.

turbo bricks might be the best site for help.

i used a loom from a carbed car.. (engine code F2N) has no wires for injection, stripped the ignition wires out..

Got the Volvo loom figured?
Grey: Ignition
Blue/green: Fuel pump
Brown/Blue: is Rev counter
Green: NO USE
Orange: A/C NO USE


On renault loom:
There is nunbers and letters on the plug..
C7: Ignition
A7: fuel pump
B1: Rev Counter

FTR:
D4 positive (+) for reverse light
D6 Reverse light
D7 Starter solinoid
B5 Oil Level sender
B4 Oil level sender
C2 Oil pressure switch.. (for the YOURASTUPIDFUCK lamp in dash)
B7 Oil pres sender
D3 Charge lamp
C1 Coolant temp switch
B6 Coolant temp sender

C7 Goes To the Grey plug of volvo loom
A7 goes to red grey
B1 goes to Brown blue
