Still up for meeting at 9:30 Shaun, and rolling in together as a club?

Very much so Simon. The Gaydon Inn is still our meeting place. Your car ok is it?
Still not sure. No obvious signs there is a clutch issue, pulls cleanly from 1000rpm, but it always has a fit if it is left on the drive for weeks on end!

Hope you all have a great day.

Thanks chief!!

Looking to be a very good and varied turn out this year.! I think Stephen Norman will be most interested to see the result and passion shown over here.!

I'd hope the sales figures for rs's would do that!
Cheers James, i'm sure tomorrow will be a blast.

I'm gutted guys..

Have to pull out tomorrow, moved into my new flat today, and so much to do before the weekends out [smilie=icon_aaargh.gif]

If I'm around mid afternoon I'll dash down! Have a great day :(

Renaultsport Spider - number 1

Assuming they are bringing the Blue Spider P195ORV that's not even close to being Spider number 1. It was built in March 1997. Number 763

My own car P3 RSS is a month older. Feb 1997. Number 664

The first RHD Spider is a yellow car P970KOR. Built Oct 1996. Owned by David in Newcastle. Number 330. Earliest RHD by miles.

Just got home... 8)

Thanks to all those that were able to make it there in the end. Soo.. good to be back out in the vee after it being off the road 'SORN' for such a long time!

Great to see some very familiar faces again.. and also some new ones too!! The event seemed to be over all too soon though for me, rushing around at the last minute when I realised I hadn't spoken to people I wanted to, and to so many of the new faces that were there. I hope all the first timers had a good time and were made to feel welcome. Hope to see you at a few more meets throughout the summer. :approve:

Thanks also to Chris and his team for organising another very successful and enjoyable meet, and to Jeremy and his team at RUK for supporting it with such presence!

Roll on the next meet..! Prescott I think.. unless we get a local meet arranged in-between ;)
