Renault Twingo Gt 2017 - Turbo wastegate

Hello, I've just been told my Twingo Turbo wastegate is not functioning properly but the actuator is working fine and no issues with the electrics. I've been told I need a brand new turbocharger.
Could I just ask for a new wastegate to be fit without having to replace the full turbocharger. This is for a 2017 Renault Twingo GT.

Just replace the hot side of the turbo I think I might have a hot side

I got one and a cold side but no cartridge
