Renault Dialogys 05/2010 Problem

Hi,

I installed Renault Dialogys 05/2010 properly. I installed CD0 first version 6.5.9 then DVD1, 2 and 3 and finally CD MPF2. Now prior the installation I had JRE version 6 update 22, and adobe reader version 9.4. After installation, I realised that Quick Time was not installed and I installed it. Now the problem is that when I launch the application nothing happens. I even launched the application from dialogys.bat from the installation directory but a console window pops up and the application won't launch. After I tried to launch the application, two processes launched Java and Dialogys which where visible from task manager. But no window is displayed. What do you think is the problem? Could it be possibly because of having the newest version of JRE installed?

Yes, I removed it and installed CD0 6.5.9. After installation completed successfully, I executed the Dialogys application and the same thing happened both Java and Dialogys processes are visible in the task manager and no window comes up. Maybe a faulty CD0 6.5.9? Do you have a download link for it?

Yeah, when installing Quicktime do a custom install and select all options. I think it's 'Quicktime for Java' component that is usually the critical one but do them all just in case.

Having said that, I gave up trying to get it to work on mine.

I've run it without any problems without Quicktime. So probably not the issue but eliminate it anyway.

However I've always had problems with Dialogy and Acrobat.

Do you think maybe my copy has some data file problems, because it's not original? Do you think buying an original disk would solve these problems?
