Have you searched for Renault 5 Alpine/Turbo parts on Ebay across Europe? I even managed to obtain an Engine in Germany last month for a fraction of the cost they are in France and the UK. (have a bottom end available)
I have also had a lot of success in Spain when searching for parts for my Turbo 2
