Refurbing your wheels

Hi

If you going to refurbish your wheels or get them done, you may well find that all or some of the threads on the nuts the hold the valves in to the wheels will be knackered.

The original OZ valves are alloy and the road salt etc, buggers them up, 3 out of 4 of mine needed drilling out or done in the threads when removing them.

Your refurb company may not have the correct ones, found these on the bay, look the same as the one I removed so have ordered a set.

Also found some matt lacquer to finish the wheels off.

Please find picture of OZ wheel valves from Ebay same part number etc as the old ones, just have a shorter nut, all fitted fine.
