Recommendations for Renovation

Hi folks, looking for suggestions about where to take the Vee for a fairly thorough refresh/restoration. It's 20 years old next month, on 55k, and never been a garage queen. It had some major engine out work done in 2016 at SG (belts, waterpump, springs, some welding of box section, etc) but feel it's time to give it a more thorough overhaul.
Ideally I'm thinking it needs to be somewhere that has the capacity to focus on it as a complete job rather than a list of individual items.
I'm near Glasgow but willing to get it transported to the right people.
Your comments, suggestions, advice and warnings, all very welcome.

SG will be likely the recommendation you receive time and time again. He's really the only true V6 specialist in the country, and has done extensive renovations on many Vees, so knows the places to look and things to do.

Thanks Ben, yes I guessed that would be the predominant response but just wanted to see if any other options surfaced.
When it was with Scott I got the feeling he was being spread too thin and perhaps passed up on doing more extensive work because he didn't have the capacity. It also took much longer than anticipated.
