Recaro Lowered Subframes - Group Buy

Hi everyone,

I've been in contact with a person who builds lowered subframes to be able to install Recaro seats in Renaults. Individually it costs €200 + shipping but he says if I can get at least 5 people involved, then he can do a group buy which brings the costs down to €170 + shipping. I spoke to Scott and he said he was interested. He said he has a couple of cars he's working on and he reckons those owners might want to benefit from the lower subframe. As I'm sure many of you understand, the seat position is a bug bear and it's not easy finding a solution and personally I don't have the skillset to build or tamper with what I already have installed.

So yeah, if you're interested then just add your name. I'll run this for a week to see if people are interested.

Just for clarity, and correct me if I'm wrong, but these seat frames will only work for Sportsters and Trendlines (and possibly others), but not for Pole Positions.

I’ve spoken with Scott about these, and I’m in for a set of these as well. Switching the Trendlines for the Sportster CS.

Just for clarity, and correct me if I'm wrong, but these seat frames will only work for Sportsters and Trendlines (and possibly others), but not for Pole Positions.

Just confirmed that these won't work for Pole Positions. He's looking at possibly subframes for them but at present, hasn't had the time.

If you can, that would be great! I haven't decided on Sportsters or Pole Positions yet but at least this group buy will work with my Trendlines. Having the option of a sub frame for Pole Positions would make my final decision more balanced!
