I recall these are a very difficult part to find on the parts system. A case of showing one to the partsman at a dealer.

Also I recall something about many Vees having one or more missing even from new. Probably for a good reason.

Show us your grommets everyone! ;)

Take the one out you have, see if it has a p/n stamped on it.

Also I would probably hit up a scrappy and steal one off a breaker clio, these wont be unique to the V6.

As above 7703074082 thats whats on the invoice from Renault, have not collected them yet, if they are the wrong items I will let you know.

Are they supposed to block the holes in the trunk lid? I thought they were some more drain holes like the one on the right in the picture.

Had ours from new, never had grommets fitted, just the one off centre which i always presumed was some drain from wash wipe.
The trouble with grommets at the bottom of panels is they still allow a couple of mm of water to sit in there as water has annoying habit of going downhill (capillery action aside) and wont climb over the edge of the grommet.
I had the rear door of Porsche replaced under warranty due to corrosion from the inside a couple years ago.
If the tailgate has lasted this time without grommets i’d be tempted to remove them or at least pull them out occassionally.
