Rear Calipers

I'm sure this has probably been asked before but if it has I can't find it...
Is it still possible to buy new rear brake calipers? Mine are in need of a refurb and I thought that, if possible, new ones would be a better solution?

If you can't get new I had mine rebuilt to as-new by a specialist.... it failed the MOT on handbrake and the lever system in the caliper has spazzed out (couldnt be the cable, far too simple!)
