Re: WSR 2008

Thanks for all those who came, I am sure you will agree the facilites were a lot better than at Donington last year. No dust storms, a nice hard flat (and a grassy strip to sunbathe on!) spacious area right in the middle of the circuit alongside all the attractions and most of the large crowd who came to see the cars were genuinly interested in the cars rather than just a distraction as they walked through from the car park.
I cannot belive the effort the Vee owners put into their cars presentation on the day, all of them looked superb and congratulations to Mid engine for winning the best 2000- car prize and it must have been a very difficult decision on the part of the judges due to the quality presented. At least a Vee won, again, following up Jainy's win last year. Thanks for the effort you all put in and it didnt go un-noticed by all those from Renault UK and France.
I will get my photos uploaded into the gallery later, please feel free to post all yours in there as well.

I was a great day, nice to meet you all again, and I have to agree that Silverstone is much better than Donnington!

The parking area was nice flat dust free tarmac!

Will get my pics up later!
