Well what a weekend! 85,000 there on one of the days, apparantly, all of whom seemed to walk through our collectors area at the same time given the crowds around the cars. I really hope no permenant damage was done to any cars by the attitude of some of the public who seem a bit enthusiatic some times. Most cars just needed a good wash at the end of the day as dust, as ever on hot days, does become a bit of a problem.
We had a couple of surprises on Friday when I arrived as the odd shape of the area made parking by model a major planning exercise and it was on grass, not what we had expected at all, but, thanks to the co-operation of the owners, we managed to get everyone parked in model order.
Great to see so many of you all on both days, I counted 16 on Saturday and I am sure someone here will have counted a similar amount on Sunday and most of you staying the whole day.
Loads of photos in the gallery, so much to see there and I never got to see much of it in the end.
