Now confirmed for Silverstone which means a decent hard standing display area right in the centre of the circuit, dusty Donington is a thing of the past.

Who's travelling down from up North for this?

Bryan, Russ, Emma......??????

Should we get a decent hotel sorted ASAP for the Saturday?

Who's travelling down from down South for this?

Duncan, Milky, Debs......??????

Should we get a decent hotel sorted ASAP for the Saturday?

Is there some kind of echo in here..?

travelodge Silverstone and Buckingham are available at £51 a night. No bar but both close to circuit.

If you want to stay further affield, Milton Keynes has rooms for £39 without the Silverstone race weekend price loading.

one thing though before anyone books, make sure its a cancellable reservation as:
a) its still early enough for date changes
b) At the Renault prize giving in December, they usually confirm the H & C events for the following year, this year they did not which may mean that, due to the state of the car industry right now, budgets etc have not yet been decided on. Therefore, although there will be a Renault World Series event at Silverstone on that date, the format and whats actually going to be there (ie collectors area/parade) has not been confirmed as yet.
Will update you as and when we get confirmation.

Event now confirmed with collectors area (see wsr information thread).
Travelodge rooms still available at Silverstone for £51.00 (Mcdonalds next door open for early breakfast)
Travelodge Buckingham (which is only 10 minutes away down the Dadford Road) £42.00 (pricey Little chef next door that didnt open till late last year)
and for the bargain hunters out there, Milton Keynes central for only £29.00 (god knows whats next door but at that price who cares!)

Would suggest an early booking.
I have booked at Silverstone, usually means an early start for me.

No parade laps this year!!!

Hardly seems worth paying if that's the case!

Well, you can park in the general car park and the whole event will be free.

....But, we would rather you joined us in the paddock of a major international race event, with a concours competition entry amongst other like minded people who like to show off their cars to the public. There will be a goodie bag and rally plaque as well as all the other free stuff going on there too.
£10 odd for both days seems like a bargain to me.

Well I will be there as always :D

Edit that! Bugger its on the same weekend as Pugfest! Gutted!

I have been to every Pugfest since 1993!!!

May have to go to a WSR somewhere else then!

What are all the other dates for the WSR Mark do you know?
