Told my wife we had to be there for about 8am which would mean setting off at 6am. Needless to say I now have to book a hotel. Have PM'ed Emma to see if her room booking is still up for grabs.

Tickets haven't arrived yet......

I drive up on the day if u cant get a hotel and wanting to convoy let me know buddy

As much as I would like to drive up in convoy, we're now booked into the Corby-Kettering Holiday Inn. Wifey can now extra an extra couple of hours sleep and won't be so grumpy in the morning! Didn't get the special rate others have got, but £60 ain't too bad.

I assume there'll be a convoy for those of us heading south after the event?

The Vees turned out so very nicely it was so great to see all of them looking brilliant!
Very good to meet all of you both regular and new to the club, everyone I meet is so pleasant and enthusiastic. The parade lap went very well I thought, and a what a sight it was seeing that lot of Vees in my mirrors.

I truly believe our Vees were photographed much more than any previous year. Most certainly due to the colourful display Shaun arranged.
Thank you all for you patience and manoeuvring skills.

I'm really proud to be a member of this wee club.

Now the tricky part...

I absolutely detest the FCS show and venue, I really dread going there again, but of course I will go where the members want to gather. Perhaps if the briefly mentioned Donnington venue becomes a reality for 2012 I might reconsider, but FCS organisers please, please put all the noise and smoke and "nonsense" in one big area well away from our lovely cars.
