Hmm, that is tight. Are they not just sides that can be opened up? Could your manifolds be used and just add a turbo flange where downpipe joins?
Supercharger instead? I'm not clued up with the j7 alternatives. The block should reduce some of the workload and has a remote oil filter too.

Hmm... Didn't even think of that... It depends on the position of the outlet. If it's in the center it'll be difficult. If it's to either side, there will be room to mount it towards the other side. By the way: 100% sure the floor can't be opened up... Apart from using violence haha.
