Prima racing

Has any1 had any problems using Prima? Paid for a strut brace after waiting 4 weeks I rang an asked where the hell it was! I was told some1 wud ring me bak which they never did so after 4 phone calls later they told me they cudnt find it and didn't have time 2 either! Wot a joke!

Unfortunately they have all the customer service skills of a cup of tea.

I remember having a bit of a 'discussion' with them a few years back when they turned up to the RTOC nat day at Bruntingthorpe... they were trying to blag a new R5 GTT boost hose off as a 'Group N' item. I explained my diasappointment. :icon_wink:

I have a new turbo on my car after Prima missed a split boost hose and diagnosed a failed turbo instead. It was their turbo re-builder who rang me and suggested I look at the hoses as the turbo was not that bad at all!!
Ah well at least i know the turbo's history now

Yea I've had the same sort of problems been trying to get a price on a MD74 turbo for a couple of weeks now and the girl at the other end keeps saying i'll get the price from turbo dynamics and ring you back but never has. Everytime I ring she says the same thing! Serious customer service issues!!

And yes their customer service is lacking in the ability to actually deliver the goods.

I ordered a set of side skirts for Sarahs car many moons ago...paid for them as they had to be 'made to order'....4 weeks down the line they still hadn't turned up so asked for a refund and ordered some PSG ones instead!!

i know Rog, but even 5 years ago the service s*ck.

What he pulled out with the moulds from the 21 bodykit is even more rediculous. He offered them for 1K mainland, outside UK it was 2K EX shipment (prices as example!). Didnt matter what whe already bought from him in the past.

I friendly suggested that he could stick the moulds where the sun dont shine's.
