Price Differential!

Thought is was about time I spent some time and money on the old girl and got her out of the garage! She's been dormant too long for those of you who remember my motor!

Among other jobs i replaced the rear window surrounds in the process knackered the little black plastic triangles that go at the bottom corner of the rear windows.

My friendly local Reanult dealer informs me:
The drivers side one is £5.33 (the one I could salvage from my ham fisted removal!)
The passenger side one is....wait for it £26.00!! (For the one that shattered into a million pieces!) :pballs:

You have got to love that pricing policy from Renault! The dealer reckoned it was because they haven't got many of the passenger side left!

Beware, working on old cars is expensive and where possible, only break things on the drivers side!!

LOL!! Had the same thing with the black triangular trim's on the rear sidewindow's. 1 was something like £12 the other about £27!!
Luckely the parts guy had done something weird with the receipt paperwork so let me have em both at £12!

The black trim that goes on the nosecone over the headlights is the same....more expensive passenger side!
