is that Electric Blue?? Looks a little darker in the picture??

I've always wondered do the cars that live in hot climates like Portugal, actually rust less... or is there Less rustproofing from the factory, so In the end they end up rusting the same??

Here not counting the cars that Live near the see. The main rust points are the lower side Windows near b Pilar and in the botim windsheald both sides.

the Picture may mislead a bit the colour is 495 lumiere blue
