PowerFlex 'Black or Purple'

I'm about to order some......has anyone gone from purple to black? I'm currently on standard bushes and am looking at the black ones simply because they're cheaper.

Will I be disappointed by the harshness of the ride, car is bare bar 2 seats and is on coilovers.

Is the difference that great that a jump from 15yr old OE to the Black level that its too much for a road car with possibly 2 track days a year?

On the Meg the black ones are too much for the road. they are boneshakers.

I have found the purple adequate on the cars I have sampled. With our old rattleboxes I would wager the blacks would result in spinal injuries

Which bushes? The likes of wishbone you'd want stiff

Wishbone and ARB, Haz.

Subframe etc are standard.

Engine mounts are already 'stiffer', I'm using grpA ones from Jo.

Imo, wishbones and subframe black, arb purple. If they only come in sets then all black and adjust the coilovers to soft

Do they offer subframe bushes for the 21 now? As far as I was aware they were Reanult only.
