5 GT Turbo please help ignition timing

hi guys ! i need litlle basic informations ...

after rebuilding my 5 gt i am confuzed how to timing my ignition.

first of all on the flywheel i see two "marks" when i try to find tdc.one mark is half rotation distance from the other i think.so i bring my mark on 0 degrees at the gearbox like this

and the distributor arm sits like this

i have marked with a black pen on the distributor to know where no 1 spark plugs is

am i right or i have make it wrong ?
and why there are two marks on the flywheel ?which on must i use for the tdc ?
thanks for your time !

Take out the spark plug in number 1 cylinder (nearest the flywheel), when the timing mark is lined up to 0 poke a screwdriver down the spark plug hole, if the piston of number 1 cylinder is at the top of it's travel then thats TDC.

first of all thanks for the replay.
i have done it like this antil now but i am not sure if i put the "small gear " beetwin the distributor and the cam in in the right order.when my first cylinder is at tdc the distributor arm must aiming at spark plug no 1 exacly or or little to have pass it or earlier ?
i would also like to ask if i"hit"with strobo light gun the flywheel on initial revving how much degrres must i see the flywheel mark shows on gearbox .in other words how much avans must i have on initial revving?

sorry for my english.there are bit rusty !
