I have been in discussion with a Renault dealership parts department and in conversation I was advised that the Phase II rear bumper is, most likely, no longer available from Renault.
Apparently, if a rear bumper was ordered and was found to be faulty dealers would send them back to Renault. Renault just put back into stock, meaning that as the stock was run down they only had faulty bumpers left. A recent order highlighted the problem as there were only faulty bumpers in stock and all were then destroyed. [smilie=icon_eek.gif]
