From the register this seems to have only had 3 owners and is in standard condition, although the stereo has been updated looking at the photos.

"Steam cleaned and Waxoyled underneath last year", which is very good but if this was the first time it was done since new, I would check very carefully whether the waxoyl is hiding any rust................

I'd be very suprised if a 36 thousand miler would have many problems with rust. Mines done 80k in all weathers and is still clean as a whistle. Although I'm not disagreeing with you, its worth doubly checking once that stuffs been laid down.
