Phase 1 RG51DNF

Have seen it up for sale before with exactly the sane photos, didn't put it in the register because of the number descrepancy, im sure it's in the where are they all iceberg list though.

Looks a nice example!

Don't think it's a 2005 unless it sat in a showroom unregistered until after the mk2 came out?
Subtle mods, but some will need putting back to standard, especially the wheels, don't know why folk mess with them. If anything the only thing the phase one needs is phase two wheels to better fill those arches.
The wheels on the vee suit the car perfectly in all colours.

It's not on Renault's system

Do you think it's a re-housed vee?

It may ofcourse have been first registered on a private plate. If we had the VIN number we could probably find out.

Those compomotive alloys always had potential to look really good, but the rears fail hard with the offset and dish,

They should have been full faced all round with a higher offset like the OEM rear wheels,

Doesn't look a bad car Sam, it needs a few things cleared up history wise though :approve:

Nice low mileage. I personally prefer the standard wheels but those compomotive wheels could be worse and I suspect are probably worth a bit should the new buyer remove them... ;)

If it isn't no. 71 then potentially a non UK car which would explain why it doesn't appear on the Renault system.
