Ph3 Quadra running lumpy

Hi,

My ph3 quadra isn't running very good, the exhaust test values are all over the place, last time i think hc was around 40 and lambda at 1.14. It pops both at idle and throughout the revs, not at full throttle though. The XR25 doesn't want to talk to the car.

So I need two things:
1. wiring diagrams so i can measure the diagnostic plug
2. any common problems on the intake side?

The exhaust is new, inc downpipe and cat. It was checked before the weekend and is not leaking. The cam position was checked and tension of cambelt adjusted properly, the valve clearances was also checked and adjusted according to book figures.

another thing i've noted is that the hose for crankcase ventilation is getting vacuum on idle and it seems to blow that way on throttle. I have cleaned the check valve and it seems to be working.

Any ideas?

It was replaced along with the exhaust.. It should be fine, but I don't think I have any way of knowing that without hooking it up to a XR25?

check the easy stuff first, check dizzy cap for dampness and carbon brush,if ok check all the leads in the cap, failing that i had the problem and it turned out to be crank sensor,

Ph3 doesn't have a dizzy, the ignition module have been replaced, as have the ignition wires and the plugs, I'll measure the resistance through the crank sensor today, thanks!

I also checked the water and air temp sensors, and they were ok..

However, I'm still finding exhaust leaks here and there, yesterday I had the elbow fixed, it was bent at all holes for the bolts, so of course it wasn't a tight seal there...

yeh, sorry phase 3 as a coil pack, my fault ad too much vino last nite!! U nd to seal all exhaust leaks because the lam-sensor wil pick up on this & make it idle (lumpy)
