Parts phasing out

Hi thought I would make owners aware that after a conversation today with RPD and placing a big order,there is now only 1 cambelt kit available in Renault France.I bought the last dealer available one in the Uk,also bought dephaser pulleys cheap as stock is just as bad.Apparently v6 parts are not being made as much and is quite worrying.
This has made me think twice of keeping the car due too high parts prices or lack off.

I wouldn't get too stressed.
This will give rise to opportunities for non-OEM products and parts to come to the fore.

Nothing to worry about. Where there is a will there is a way.

5 years ago when I got my Mars, the cambelt situation was exactly the same. No one could get hold of them and there was no more left in France. except SG Motorsport, who as probably the largest buyer of them has a preferential supply chain. Demand breeds supply.
