Hi guys and gals..

Just trying to tie up this meet. You may or may not be aware that this meet happens to fall on the same weekend as the La Vie En Bleu weekend at the Presscott Hill climb event just outside Cheltenham.

It occured to me that Oxford is only a short'ish' drive from Cheltenham, and that some of you might be interested at seeing some of the cars attending this event as its Bugatti's Centenial celebrations this year, and, with the promise of some 100 Bugatti's on show! We may even see one of the special edition Veyron Centenials on show. Last year four Veyrons were in attendance iirc. With at least one of those four competing.

So the revised plan is to meet in Oxford (and/or en-route from the South for anyone interested), and then take a well planned route ( like the South-East one) over to Presscott, where we can park up as a club and view some of the other automotive exotica on show!

Entry in advance is £12 for one ticket and half price for a second ticket. OR £15 at the gate. I shall liaise with RAOC regarding entry and a pitch for our convoy.

I realise this is some-what further for those traveling from the Kent direction, but this does seem to be an event not to miss for any French car enthusiast. Many might not realise that Bugatti's roots are in France!

I hope everyone is still able to attend this meet, even if you would rather not enter the hill climb grounds.

Please can everyone post up their intensions.

A list of those who've already given the thumbs up to La Vie En Bleu is on the first post of this thread. I shall be amending this list as we go, so please keep an eye on it. :wink:

If anyone wants the chepaer tickets for the Prescot Hill on Sunday, then register at the address below and sort it out pronto. Its basicly £12 instead of £15 on the day and a second ticket is half price if 2 of you get together and spread the cost it will work out even cheaper. (they are armband tickets so it doesnt matter if you arrive in seperate cars).
