Firstly, sorry...

I'm sure this has been asked a million times before and I did search the KB as well as the forum but couldn't see anything.

Engine Oil, am I right in thinking that it needs to be 5w-40 FULLY SYNTH or is 5w-40 Semi Synth the recommend?

Again, sorry. Just wanted to get a definative answer.

5W 40 Elf Excelium for most I expect ( in the handbook)

Silkolene PRO S 5W-40 or 5W-30 for a few of us.

I think i still get 10% discount from opie via the RX8OC but they suggested both fully synth and semi synth so just wanted to make sure I got it right.
