Oil leak?

Hi, I have a 1990 Phase 2 R21 Turbo and I have a small oil leak and I think its either coming from the camshaft or crankshaft front oil seal, I wont know till I take it apart, also while I have the T/Belt off I'm goning replace the it, dose anyone know how many teeth the R21 Turbo belts have and what width it is? Is there anywhere besides Renault to buy new seals, T/belt and tensioner?
Are they easy enough to do?

the belt is 115 teeth by 3/4", not 116 which is the 12valve engine

Can I buy the oil seals anywhere else but Renault please, or does anyone know the size of the seals? Thanks! YEAH!
