Hi All,
I am new to the site and it has been nearly 30 years since I owned a Renault. I am desperately trying to get hold of my dream car.........a Renault 5 Gordini Atmo! Had one back in the day and stupidly scrapped it! Being a middle aged old fa@t I would dearly love to get one again so if you can help then please let me know. Would be happy to consider a 2 door R5 to turn into a replica if the real thing is too rare.
Either way looking forward to getting to know you all.
Cheers Garry

Welcome mate, I can't help on the Gordon front but it may be worth posting in the main welcome section so people notice your post.

No Gordini Atmos about at the moment, to my knowledge. They are super rare. Less than 10 about I think!

Gordini turbo is also rare but there is about double the number.

A replica of either is a bit difficult since they have a detachable crossmember at the front, unlike all other models except the automatic. Except they are even rarer!

Gordini Atmo parts are also extremely hard to come by. I have most parts, probably everything, for the Turbo.

All MK1 Fives are rare these days anyway. It's just a case of being in the know and watching until one comes up.

I searched for an Atmo nearly 18 years ago and gave up so bought a Turbo instead. Not really looked back! Only driven one Atmo since and in my opinion the Turbo is much more exciting.

I know a guy in Blackburn who bought this tl a few of months ago, he has a few dini parts too, engine, box, dash etc. I think he had big plans but little capability and funds to do so
