Hi,

Been lurking on here for a while now but only joined a week or so ago.

Two - three months ago I became the proud owner of a Phase 1, Iceberg Silver V6, I have always loved them ever since I saw one at the British Motor Show when I was a kid and every year it seemed I got closer and closer to buying one until now.

I have previously owned a Peugeot 106 Quiksilver, Honda Civic Type-R EP3 and a Honda Civic Type-R MUGEN FN2 (so a clear Honda Nut) and have taken these on various trackdays as I am lucky enough to work at a circuit.

All I can say is WOW in regards to the driving experience of the V6, my MUGEN Type-R was set-up so well, great to drive and got a lot of attention I was worried that the Clio wouldn't live up to it, but it does. It really feels like an occasion every time you open the door to get in and drive. This is a second car, so is only for fun, sunny days and weekends. But absolutely love it, can't stop smiling every time I drive it!

It's [v6plaque]54[/v6plaque] and is original apart from a BMC Induction kit, Quicksilver Exhaust and I replaced the budget tyres it came on for Michelin Pilot Sport 3s.

Anyway, here's a few pics:

Verrry nice! Glad to see you have joined, always good to have another track nut on board, Vees are fun and interesting on track and certainly raise a whole host of smiles when you start to really push them! There are faster cars and better handling cars but very few as much fun :approve: [smilie=yay.gif]

Welcome Luke and thanks for the introduction.

Congrats on the new car, great purchase!

Hope to see you at some club meets. :race:

Welcome aboard.

Looks like you got a nice one there........

I too have a bit of a soft spot for Honda two-seaters.
