New member & Shop order assistance needed!

Hey chaps,

I placed an order through the shop (order number 14860 - Megane R26 grease bolts). I noticed after placing the order that there may be delays as this is enthusiast ran - whilst this is awesome and hugely appreciated, I need the bolts for this weekend and so I have found a local chap to knocks these bolts up and can get them to me by tomorrow instead.

If the order hasn't been processes fully/shipped out yet (which I assume it has not as the status is still showing as processed) - could I please cancel the order?

Apologies for my lack of attention when placing the order... I'll do better next time!

PS - New member; Just bought a Megane 225 and currently refreshing the suspension and hubs. Have had a Clio 197 for almost 6 years, still own it and the intention was to do the Meglio swap but I'm leaning towards keeping the Megane 225 as a second track car and get used to the F4RT before swapping. I may even keep the Megane and buy a engine/box/loom package for the Clio! My daily drive is a BMW M2 F87 LCI. Have been knocking about on the Clio197.net forums for ~5 years and know how important both the community and forums are to keeping these cars in top condition and mechanically sound - that and these are an absolute wealth of knowledge!!

Just a quick one - clio197.net had a membership scheme of which i was more than happy to sign up to, does TurboRenault have something similar?

We dont ask for a cent ! If you want to help when you buy on ebay/amazon/anywhere just copy the link , stick it in a thread and then close your open basket and click the link you just posted in the thread. we get around 2% of that transaction value.

The shop system should have automated the refund after I cancelled it. For some reason it hadnt.
