Hello!
My name is Benoit, I'm french but I've been leaving in Sweden for the past 12 years. I recently bought a Lutecia v6 ph1 from 2002 and I'm so happy with it!
It's been imported from Japan to England and from England to Sweden and now owned by a french!:)
It's in pretty good condition mecanicly apart from the brakes which I just totally refurbished, the main issue is the body work with front and rear bumper damage as well as damage on the roof (some idiot has been walking on it) which doesn't show much but is still very anoying and will probably be a pain to repair...
My plan is to fully restore the vee while still driving it on the road and track as much as possible during the summers. I've already been out on a track with it and had lots of fun! And yes I spun it a couple of times ;)
I already ordered a set of HW coilovers, ouch...
Great forum and happy to be a member!
Cheers,
Benoit

Hi Benoit, welcome to v6Clio.net!

It's great to hear how passionate you are for your car.. Please tell us more about it.. How many km has it done, how many owners? What number is it etc etc.. It's good to have new cars in the club :salut:

Hi again,
Little update, my car has 30000miles on the clock, being a lutecia it doesn't have a number unfortunatly.
I just found out that's it's been registred in the UK 22/12/2005 with the plate PA02BHL and then later under V60ORS, I just found it in the v6clio.net register as well!
A good friend of mine here in sweden owns the nr24, here a pictures of our 2 vees on the 4 we know about in sweden :)

Hi,
Vees were sold in japan under the name Lutecia (Paris in latin) because Honda owns the rights for the name Clio.

Hi Benoit,

Your car was owned by Tim who lives in Northern Ireland not England.

Great to hear you are enjoying the Vee. :approve:

Also the interesting thing is that it's a left hooker. From distant memory it's because left-hand drive cars are seen as more exotic in Japan, and so even though it could have been order/supplied as right-hand drive to match their roads it wasn't.

Hi Bounoax !

Im also live in Sweden, and your car was up on sale även i talked to Peter. I was interested in the car then you change your mind :-)

Thats good for your but not so good for me :) i am searching for a vee here in England and hope to get one Soon to join you on Gotland Ring :)

Välkommen , hoppas du hänger på clubrenault Sverige också. Lägg även upp en projecttråd där så man får se lite vad som händer.

MVH / best regards Robin Gillström
