New exhaust manifold fitted, sounds like a tractor! help?

Okay fitted new exhaust manifold, and there is lots of smoke and sounds like a tractor, im guessing the smoke could be from when i painted it in high temp paint? thing smokes like its going to catch alight after left for so long.

Me and winston have been talking and we think it could be a Manifold to downpipe gasket / fire ring which i swear i dont rememnber seeing!

Also fitted new lambda, it idles really lumpy up and down almost like its gonna cut off. but its been sitting for a month in the cold so would this cause it or could it be the leak?

Suggestions guys, if fixed the clio will be back on the road

tractor sound will deffo be a blow, and if you have no fire ring that will be your issue!

Well im guessing there isnt one there considering how well the downpipe is connected to the manifold and how well the manifold is connected to the head, where can i get these fire rings?

i got my (admittedly 172) downpipe gasket ring from an exhaust place for £not much

lol would someone like powerflow sell them? would they knew what i meant if i rang these places up and asked for a clio 1.8 16v downpipe gasket ring?
